What information do I need for my application?
Social Security Number if applicable (for US citizens)
For US citizens: Government Issued Identification, Passport, Driver’s License, State Identification (you will need to provide 1)
For Non US citizens: I-20, Visa, Passport, or Driver’s License (you will need to provide 2 forms)
Income – source and annual amount (application will provide further details)
Roommate name(s) and email address(es) as applicable
What are the steps to complete my application?
Submit your application including all of the information in the section above
If you are the first or only applicant, you will need to pay your application fee of $60 and the administrative fee of $150.
If you have roommates…
After the first applicant applies, each roommate will receive an email with a link to begin their application. DO NOT SUBMIT SEPARATE APPLICATIONS (unless you are applying to live at University Station)
If you are applying to live at University Station, each individual roommate needs to submit separate applications. If you have roommate requests, please list their names in the Preferences section of the application.
Each additional applicant will submit their application including all of the information in the first section above
Each additional applicant will pay an application fee of $60
When will I hear back about my application?
You can expect to hear from us within 48 hours once everything listed above has been completed. APPLICATIONS CANNOT BE FULLY PROCESSED UNTIL ALL OF THE INFORMATION ABOVE IS COMPLETE.
