We're thrilled to announce the launch of a dedicated preventative maintenance team here at Uptown Rentals! While we've always had a preventative maintenance program, we're now taking the program a step further by developing a team whose only task is preventing. We know how important a well-maintained property is for our residents and owners. This means:
- Regular inspections: They'll conduct routine checks of essential systems like HVAC, plumbing, and electrical to identify minor issues before they escalate into major problems. We anticipate that each year this team will conduct over 12,000 preventative maintenance inspections!
- Proactive maintenance: Based on the inspections, they'll perform preventative maintenance tasks like filter & battery changes, cleaning out dryer vents, repairing plumbing leaks, and seasonal upkeep to make sure everything runs smoothly.
- Early detection: By catching small problems early, we save residents the inconvenience of a major breakdown.
