General Cleaning Tips:
- Gentle Cleaners Only: Use warm water, gentle dish soap, or pH-neutral stone-safe cleaners. Avoid harsh chemicals like bleach, ammonia, lemon, or vinegar.
- Dry for a Streak-Free Shine: Wipe surfaces completely dry after cleaning to prevent water spots.
- No Abrasives: Steer clear of gritty or “non-scratch” products—they can dull the finish.
For Quartz:
- Porous But Protected: Your quartz countertops are sealed, but they can still absorb oils and spills. If they darken when wet, don’t worry—they’ll return to normal once dry.
- Quick Cleanup: Wipe up spills promptly, especially from food, oils, or acids, to prevent staining.
For Granite:
- Heat & Scratch Protection: Always use cutting boards and trivets under hot pots to avoid scratches and heat damage.
