Income Requirement
The total combined income of all applicants must be at least 40% of the monthly rent.

To determine your eligibility, please add all income sources together to calculate your annual income.

These debts will not be considered in the application evaluation.
Medical Collections
These debts will not be considered in the application evaluation.
Rental Collections
Applications will be denied if there are any collections from property management companies within the past seven years.
Utility Company Collections
You are required to put the electric service into your name for your apartment home. If you have a collection from a non-telecommunication utility company (IE: Duke Energy) you will need to pay your creditor in full and provide us proof of payment.
Public Records
ID Verification
You will be required to upload a government-issued photo ID.
Judgements or Liens
Applications will be denied if there are any judgments or evictions within the past two years.
Criminal Records
Applications will be denied for lifetime sex offenders and felony charges in the past 7 years.
