This apartment complex is super respectful and welcoming. When coming into this location everyone was nice and friendly to explain how this location did everything. And always makes sure if we have questions they get answered. I referred my dad to for a 2 bed at your other place down the road!

I like that the rent is currently reasonable and that we are close to everything downtown. I love being in a walk-able community. I also just think our apartment is nice and cozy.

I love how quiet it is – you can’t really hear street traffic much, and the community is very respectful. It’s super rare that I hear music from someone’s apartment, like so rare. I love the location, the high ceilings, and the renovated kitchen and bathroom appliances. It’s a beautiful building. I also feel that the maintenance staff is so responsive and helpful. I have had such a good experience with them, any time we have had an issue with a kitchen appliance or plumbing or anything, they are in to fix it so quickly and it is always resolved. I feel very grateful to have maintenance that is so caring about the building.
