We’re thrilled to share that construction on The Arc, our newest student housing community at 2443 Auburn Avenue, is progressing right on schedule. Since breaking ground earlier this year, the site has transformed dramatically, and the vision for this landmark development is coming to life.
Framing has started on the first floor and in the amenity areas, marking a major milestone in the build. Masonry work and utility installations are next in line, setting the stage for premium amenities like:
- A resident clubroom
- Multiple study rooms
- Fitness center
- Outdoor gathering space
- Dedicated package room
As construction continues, we’re excited to see The Arc join our Uptown portfolio alongside The Mansion, The Point, and Auburndale—creating a vibrant, connected community for students in Mt. Auburn.
