From Office to Apartments

You may have noticed the construction activity at 237 William Howard Taft recently. With a surplus of vacant office space and a growing demand for residential apartments near the University of Cincinnati, we’ve converted the property into modern apartments. The "Union on Taft" features a fitness center, clubroom, and private study areas with floorplans ranging from studios on up to 5 bedroom apartments.
