We are excited to announce our plans for a new $4.1 million student housing project located at 2901 Glendora Ave in Corryville. This development aims to address the ongoing housing challenges near the University of Cincinnati and provide living options for students.
Our project involves the demolition of a blighted, 5 year vacant two-story building to make way for a modern three-story complex featuring 11 units. Glendora Flats, which will open in August 2025, includes studio apartments, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom units. This prime location, just a block from the university, offers easy access to campus and is situated on a major thoroughfare.
We are committed to sustainability and plan for this building to be constructed to Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards.
