These debts will not be considered in the application evaluation.
Medical Collections
These debts will not be considered in the application evaluation.
Rental Collections
Applications will be denied if there are any collections from property management companies within the past seven years. You will need to pay your creditor in full and provide us proof of payment before your application may be considered for approval.
Utility Collections
You are required to put the electric service into your name for your apartment home. If you have a collection from a non-telecommunication utility company (IE: Duke Energy or other utility provider) you will need to pay your creditor in full and provide us proof of payment before your application may be considered for approval.
Bankruptcies
Applications will be denied if there are any bankruptcies within the past five years.
Foreclosures
Applications will be denied if there are any foreclosures within the past two years.
Public Records
ID Verification
You will be required to upload a government-issued photo ID such as State ID, Drivers License, or Passport.
Criminal Records
Lifetime Sex Offender
Non Lifetime Sex Offender – 25 years
Murder, Homicide, Manslaughter – 25 years
Other Felonies – 7 years
Judgements or Liens
Applications will be denied if there are any judgements or liens within the past five years. You will need to pay your creditor in full and provide us proof of payment before your application may be considered for approval.
