We’re excited to share a major milestone for one of our newest developments — Trail House Apartments is officially open, and we’ve already welcomed our first residents earlier this month! Located along the scenic Wasson Way Trail, Trail House marks Uptown Rental Properties’ first community in Norwood, Ohio and represents an exciting step in our continued investment in vibrant, connected neighborhoods throughout Cincinnati.

What started as a vision to create a modern, trail-connected living experience has now come to life. Developed in partnership with HGC Construction and MA Design, Trail House features 205 thoughtfully designed apartment homes across two four-story buildings. With the first building now open and residents beginning to move in, the energy at Trail House is already taking shape — and we’re just getting started.
