Trail House Apartments Coming Summer 2026
We’re excited to share the latest progress on Trail House, our first project in Norwood, Ohio! This brand-new community will feature modern apartments with great amenities — and is overlooking the Wasson Way Trail.
Construction is moving right along:
- Building A is now framed up to the fourth floor, showing off its future skyline presence.
- Building B has its foundation set and is ready to start vertical framing soon.
- The pool and outdoor grilling patio will sit perfectly between the two buildings, offering a sunny spot to relax and connect after a ride or walk on the trail.
We can’t wait to bring this community to life and look forward to welcoming our first residents in Summer 2026. Stay tuned for more updates as Trail House continues to take shape!
